The first challenge with the process of awakening experientially into your soul is to consider the possibility that you have a soul, and after that to know where, and how, to discover this for yourself and, lastly to then embody your soul fully.

Most people have many cultural messages about who they are and how they should be in the world and the challenge is to become clear and grounded in your own unique individuality and discovering what this is, and how to live it, usually takes a little while.

When we align and embody our soul it enables us to reconnect with our inherent abilities and being-ness and to then bring these forth as a gift to the world as we live an authentic life imbued with passion and purpose.
