After working as a therapist for over three decades it continually became clear that unprocessed trauma stifles personal growth and human flourishing by perpetuating maladaptive coping mechanisms, disrupting self-concept, impairing social relationships, and compromising physical well-being.

This then leads to dysfunctional patterns of behavior, fragmentation of the self, social isolation, and physical health issues, hindering individuals' ability to thrive, open into their deepest spiritual awareness and fulfill their true potential.

Addressing trauma through therapy, support networks, and self-care practices is essential for breaking free from these limitations and fostering growth and well-being.

Also important for recovery, and less well recognized, is that as we open into our authentic spirituality, the impact of the past begins to dissolve as a natural part of our recovery and transformation.
